industrial color builds a variety of digital capture systems and rents them with a skilled technician to producers, photographers and in-house studios. its principle product, the dc7 is a rugged, mobile system designed to offer unparalleled production capacity and security. it allows simultaneous functionality, including image capture, editing, raw file processing, color management, proofing and file delivery. the system also allows clients and designers to connect to the system and work on files in real-time. this allows for layout and retouching to be produced on-set if requested.
the company has also earned the respect of top digital equipment manufacturers and is a beta site for sinarbron imaging, phase one and kodak. by working directly with such vendors, industrial color is able to help manufacturers improve products, workflow and software. these relationships help keep industrial color and its clients at the forefront of technology. industrial color always looks to add value to clients, such as providing web based image preview and editing via its proprietary globaledit service. with globaledit, clients can view selected images in real-time with a web connection. industrial color also maintains a tier 2 data center to host, manage, and archive image files for users from large companies to individual photographers and reps. the service is secure and available upon request.
